Kathy Molloy, Founder and Principal
An anthropologist with extensive training and experience in business,
Kathy brings a unique perspective to organization
design, cross-cultural and executive coaching and development, and culture alignment
Partnering with other top professionals is central to the success of ChangeWorks International. She has developed a solid network of professionals who share her values and her standards for excellence.
Kathy holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut in International Business, along with a B.A. from Boston University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. She also earned an M.A. in Social/Cultural Anthroplogy from Duke University.
She is
the Past President of the Organization Design Forum, playing a major role in
its growth and relevance on a global level during her tenure as a Board
member.She is co-designer and
facilitator for Designing for Agility, a how-to workshop in organization design.
She is the co-author of How the
Learning OrganizationManages Change, published in the National
Productivity Review, 1995; Getting Results Through Organization Design, published
in 2004 on this website and at www.organizationdesignforum.org. She co-authored "Gaining a Critical Edge in Mastering
Globalization" for Leadershio In Action published by the Center for
Creative Leadership, Volume 27, Number 2, May/June 2007. As a member of the editorial board for HRPS People & Strategy Journal, she co-edited " Leading in a Time of Uncertainty: The Next Decade."
Kathy has been active as a volunteer throughout her career, working with neo-natal infants at the CT Children's Medical Center NICU, animal rescue, Habitat for Humanity, and has served on non-profit organization Boards of Directors.
